These terms form the contract between you and the seller when you buy the “Founder 336” program. Read them before paying: by confirming your payment, you accept them. Keep a copy of this page.

Personal online access to the “Founder 336” self-study platform. It includes:

This is not a degree. The program does not lead to any degree, academic title or credit, and it is not affiliated with any university or educational institution.

Language. The platform, the questions and the exercises are in English. Most of the videos are in English; the videos on Quebec law, taxes and HR are in French.

What you need. A recent browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), an internet connection and an email address. A microphone is optional (voice memos).

3. Price and payment

The price is CAD 349, payable in a single payment. It is the total price, with no extra fees. Total price, no taxes added: the seller is not registered for GST and QST. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment is processed by Stripe, by card or by another method offered on the payment page. The seller never receives your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt.

4. Formation of the contract

Before you pay, the Stripe payment page shows you the product and the total price, and lets you correct your information or abandon the purchase. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You then receive by email a summary of your order and a link to these terms, which serve as your copy of the contract.

5. Access to the program

Your personal access code is emailed to you as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. You sign in with your email and that code. If you receive nothing within the hour, check your spam folder, then write to louis-felix.gilbert@outlook.com.

Access is granted for life, meaning without a time limit for as long as the seller operates the platform. If the seller were to stop operating it, they would notify you by email at least 60 days in advance. Since your answers are saved in your browser, you could export and keep them.

6. Personal access

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Only one session can be active at a time: signing in on another device closes the previous session. You may not share your code, resell access or copy the program's content to distribute it. In case of such abuse, the seller will first send you a written notice; if the abuse continues, they may revoke access.

7. Refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without having to justify yourself. Write to louis-felix.gilbert@outlook.com with the email address used for the purchase. The refund is made to the same payment method, no later than 15 days after your request. Your access is then revoked.

This policy is in addition to the rights the Consumer Protection Act gives you, including the legal warranties. It does not replace them and does not limit them.

8. Program updates and YouTube videos

The program may be improved over time: corrections, new questions, replacement of videos. Updates are included in your access. The videos belong to their creators, who may remove them from YouTube: the seller does not control their availability. When a video becomes unavailable, it is replaced by an equivalent video in an update, and the platform also lets you replace it yourself.

9. Intellectual property

The structure of the program, the selection and order of the videos, the questions, the sample answers, the case studies and the texts belong to the seller. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them. You may not copy, publish or resell them. The videos belong to their respective creators.

10. Liability

The program is an educational tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any business result: the decisions you make remain yours. For a specific situation, consult a professional. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.

11. Personal information

How your information is collected, used and protected is described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to the terms

The seller may change these terms for future purchases. Your purchase remains governed by the version in force when you paid.

13. Governing law and remedies

This contract is governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You keep all the remedies the law gives you. In case of a dispute, write to the seller first: most problems are settled quickly. You can also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur.
